When your phone decides it no longer wants to cooperate and you need help, give Value Mobile Gerrard Square a try. Located right at the main entrance, I was helped by IMAD and he is now a certified G.O.A.T in my humble opinion. Imad was patient and helped me to understand the different options available. He was professional at all times, which I have to be honest, is difficult to do because he was in high demand. There seemed to always be someone dropping by who had a question to ask and services that had to be rendered. He was polite and professional and patient (yes, I do recognize I've said it 3 times) with every single customer. I left with the products I needed and I felt confident in the choices I made. Now, a few things to point out and clarify: 1. Imad has only been at this location for 2 months so any reviews that may be negative prior to this timeline would not apply to him. Honestly, I was there for a significant period of time, I watched him support a ton of people and he always tried to do the best he could. 2. This Value Mobile within Gerrard Square offers support and phones for several companies including Freedom, Chatr, Telus, Koodo (and there may be a few more that I've forgotten). 3. To be clear, this is a VALUE MOBILE within Gerrard Square. It is not the Freedom Mobile corporate store that is located outside of the mall. While I won't leave a review for that store here, I can tell you that I went there and was not pleased. Do what you will with that piece of information. Long story short: would I go back to Value Mobile within Gerrard Square? Yes, absolutely. I was impressed at how composed Imad was throughout my time there. Truly, at one point he was juggling about 4 - 5 customers, all asking about different plans, wanting to pay bills, and then some. He must be a master at multi-tasking. To Imad: thank you for being so patient and supportive with my phone issues. Eternally grateful!
Ricardo is a legend and Saman was very genuine and transparent. I got a new plan and phone and they were so quick and efficient. Best value and excellent customer service. Kudos for being the best. Recommend this place any damn day.

So I paid $50 for a chatr prepaid line for 2 months. After 1 month my service got disconnected. I went to value mobile store and a guy assured me that he will solve the problem. Since my problem wasn’t fixed I called them again and explained Harpreet what happened, same guy from whom I got the line. The guy wasn’t helpful at all and at one point he threatened me that if I say one more time that it was his mistake he will not activate my line. This is literally a fraudulent activity. They charged me for 2 months and gave me service for one.
