Went to this location as a previous customer to inquire about a damaged charging port...Omar looked up my account and noted that I was paying more than usual on my account...low and behold ened up with a better deal in two new phones and a carrier switch...Omar was extremely helpful and assisted my wife in setting up her phone...picked up a pair of essentials bundle and again Omar displayed nothing but customer service excellence.
