I would like to share my really bad experience with Jalil manager of Wirelesswave store in Center Point Mall. Basically I was at store this morning to activate Lucky Mobile prepaid service and porting one of my numbers. Jalil was busy and told me wait 15 min. I been waiting until he finished with customer and started with him new activation. From my previous experience with Lucky Mobile when you activate a new line you have promo going on and when asked about that Jalil said no promo he knows about that. I said okay no problem just activate line and give me vouchers numbers and I’ll top up when number transferred same time come new customer who wants to activate line with plan and I been told to go Bell store and activate a new line in Bell store. I understand that Jalil make more money when activating plan but not fair to start with new client when previous client not done yet. I told Jalil that Ill put bad review on him but he start to answer that he don’t care and continue speak to different client just come. I would say he not suppose to do this kind of things.
We were inquiring about new phones and plans. We were assisted by Dhananjay who midway just rudely ignored us and talked to someone on his mobile phone. Quite dissappointed with this kind of customer service. Wirelesswave staff in other branches were always helpful and accommodating. You just lost clients. Never coming back to this branch. Hope this doesn't happen to others.
Went to this location to get a phone for my baby boy Gerald, he had recently broken his playing hackey sack. John greeted us right away and helped us with every problem we had. He got us the phone we wanted and even recommended some cases for us to choose from. We can't recommend him enough! Thanks John!!!
