I called to ask if they have vegan chocolates and a gentleman answered the phone. He was very nice and invited me to check out their vegan collection in person. They have more than one vegan collection and three types of gift sets!! It’s a plus that their cocoa is ethically sourced. I got to sample the vegan chocolates and bought one gift box. Great experience.

The lady working here at 7.08 in the evening on Tuesday, has zero sense of urgency. She took 7 mins to pack 8 chocolates and all customers were waiting there and she was giving zero Damn!!! Plzzz fire her and hire someone useful.

Whoever the female was working on July 31st around 730pm, extremely rude and pathetic. Refused to share samples as I asked for more than once. Extremely disrespectful and dissatisfying service.

Rude lady serving ice cream. Stingy as hell and does not care that she lost a sale because she didn’t let me try a second flavour because we “hit our group limit of 2 samples” when it’s a group of 3 even though we already purchased 2 ice creams and I was about to purchase the 3rd. What kind of business sense is that? She even had the audacity to belittle our purchase saying it’s just two ice creams. I would have returned all of it had my group not already licked theirs. I am pretty sure she doesn’t understand math. 2 purchases + 1 extra purchase > saving on giving someone a sample of a second flavour. Glad I got Baskin Robins myself instead. They had better flavours and gave way more ice cream than this stingy place. You lost much more than 1 extra purchase btw, but I don’t believe you think far enough long term to understand that.

Trash overpriced chocolate. I tried almost all their cubes at the front and some barks. $35 dollars later ~ maybe 2-3 were good. Not great! Good. To those who think this is good? What are you smoking and have you heard of Lindt as this doesn’t even come close to a Lindt chocolate bar which costs 1/4th of this. Disappointment. If you want to waste your money on presentation and avg. tasting overpriced chocolate look no further.

My family and me love the ice cream here I buy very frequently 1 liter container for bring to home and ALWAYS the black girl give me bad attitude, it's not my fault if she hates her job or if she is lazy for put the ice cream in the container, I never feel myself welcome in the store is more like "again you" plus the container was $12 last week in Monday and today was $18 I hope it's the real price and not because she wanted bother me.

Purdy's is the only place I go to for anything chocolate related. Reasonable prices for the quality of the chocolate that they provide. You literally can't go wrong with anything here!
