Lovely wee family run business! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the chocolates are delicious! Love all the quirky names too, just adds more to the experience. Definitely a big fan of the egg nog flavoured treat.

A true artisan, Avoca gleamed light from the winter night, and her talent for transforming a small boutique shop into a beacon of taste in a classic neighbourhood, is why places like these are vital to the community. The cutest and most delicious chocolate shop. I loved the salted dark chocolate truffle with caramel. Yummm. Still reliving the first bite. The holiday decor on your walk up the door is the first treat and all the sweets inside are a delight! A must!

We visited Avoca last year while on a trip to Toronto from Ireland, the chocolate was incredible, the staff were super friendly. We will definitely be back. It’s so refreshing to still find family run little gems like this in a big city.
So happy to discover this little gem of a chocolate shop! It’s now my go to spot for gifts or a small treat for myself. The chocolate is high quality and taste great but they also make things so beautifully it will impress anyone. I gave their chocolate loonies to children in my family and they actually stopped to admire them before wolfing them down as they would normally do!

Thank you for providing a replacement to corrected the poor experience. ? —————————————————- Popped in today to grab myself some valentines chocolates and was told that a box to fit 6 chocolates would cost extra! So I said a bag would be fine. But was not expecting it to look like they were thrown in without a care. They are all twisted and crumbled. $20 for 6 chocolates to look like a crumbled mess is absurd. I didn’t even receive the little paper to explain which chocolate is which. Been here a few times but today was my last. Extremely disappointed
