I bought a bag of chocolate covered orange peels and a bag of chocolate covered ginger. The orange peels taste a little too bitter for my taste but I really like the ginger. The items in this store are expensive but the chocolate is high quality. I plan to visit again to try their florentines, orange cookies and individual truffles.

Simply fantastic chocolate. I tried the orange peel chocolate and loved it. I bought another box of the orange peel and it disappeared quickly. I stocked up on chocolates for friends and family and everyone enjoyed the chocolates. 5 out of 5. I'll visit again the next time that I'm in Toronto.

Absolutely amazing chocolates! Always a pleasure not only for the shopping experience but also for the sensations when eating these fine truffles. The chocolate sculptures seemingly defy physics and the level of talent is beyond words!

Had the Christie cake and I'm not sure why the site has a 5 star review on it.. it's a flourless cake which made it enticing to get but after trying it, it is the driest cake I've ever had. Ganache made it bearable. The cake itself is pretty, but it's dry and overpriced.

Stubbe's chocolate is amazing! Everything we bought was so delicious. First time there, but not the last for sure. I' my addicted to their hazelnut cockies, and the logs. My husband was so impressed by chocolate covered orange and chocolates. Will go back again, and again!

Their chocolates are amazing! Also, the staff is friendly. I loved their Sacher Torte very much, and I am looking forward to ordering the next cake from them! Just one thing, I hope they have more milk chocolate options.

Our go-to shop for special cakes and chocolates. Everything we've enjoyed has been superb. I've noticed some negative reviews saying the sponge in their cakes was stale. In Germany and Austria, I've found they prefer cakes a bit on the drier side than North Americans are used to. This works well because the frostings and fillings tend to be so rich. Daniel and his staff make superlative European-style cakes. I've enjoyed Sacher torte at the Hotel Sacher and Café Demel, the two most famous bakers of this cake in Vienna, and Stubbe's version is on a par with them. HIGHLY recommended (as are their other cakes).

Thanks Rick, you get it! And always serve our cakes at room temperature as they are made with butter and will taste dry when served out of the fridge. Think cold butter vs soft butter!
