Today before half an hour ago a bought a chocolate present for $30$ and when I left I figured it is not the one that I need, I went there now to exchange it and they refused…like NOO way!!! This is not acceptable at all… it is not opened and still in her bag!! I can’t believe it!! I will never ever go to that shop again

On the cash Counter - "Asal" was soo rude and suggesting me to go Baskin Robin if I have issues with the quantity. 23rdApril2025 around 2:50 pm I requested Y my quantity was less as I saw lady before me got pretty big one scoop compared to me. Purdy Manager - If I asked wrong request then I am sorry but do check with Asal if she is OK. Thanks

This review is a little bitter sweet I love my peanuts ice cream bars here but last time I had an extremely long hair on my peanut bar. The girl made me a new bar but the whole peanut topping station was contaminated already ..

Always amazed how good their chocolate tastes! Hard to buy chocolate anywhere else after trying this spot! Good ice cream too, usually stop here when I'm in Fairview!

Love Purdy's, their chocolate dipped cones covered in nuts are the best. Also carries a variety of fancy chocolates sold by the weight, pre wrapped candy, and chocolate bars. Has sugar free items as well

We were sent away from the line with only one family ahead of us at 8:40 and told they would not sell us a simple ice cream cone because they neede time to clean up. Terrible customer service. If your store hours are until 9pm customers should be attended to up until closing.
