I recently placed a last-minute order. Although the usual turnaround time is 24 hours, Jennifer was incredibly flexible and did her best to get my order ready for same-day pickup. I really appreciate her consideration and willingness to accommodate my schedule. The flourless chocolate cake was absolutely delicious, and was a hit with my wife

Service is good. Atmosphere is no doubt very closed and tiny. Storage and/or cupboards and shelf’s kept literally everywhere with food items (especially desserts) on display- now THIS IS NOT THE BAD THING. But ONE small scoop of lactose free chocolate ice cream is $8? WHAT. HOW. WHY. It wasn’t even in a cone or a waffle or anything a tiny transparent cup and a plastic spoon. Very overpriced, but the staff is sweet and understanding. The only complaint is the prices are too crazy

The saddest affogato ever for like 7$(?) plus taxes A teeny tiny spoon of ice cream (more icy than creamy) in some tepid coffee. We tried their Crème Brûlée and they torched it, just enough to melt the sugar but not enough to make it crunchy.

I feel bad saying this but the chocolate was mediocre. I got the ice wine, Cabernet, and pistachio. All three tasted similar…not much filling or flavour. I hope with more practice they can improve their recipe.

Had a craving for ice cream today and I stopped by this place. I ordered the maple walnut and Junction junkyard flavors. The quality of the ice cream was pretty good as I do make my own ice cream and I understand the product. I was very disappointed in what you got for about $8 Plus as I ordered two scoops. When the girl gave me the two scoops I said this is a little light is that all you get and she replied yes. I left the store and I went into my car and I ate the first scoop and about three or four bites. Then I got to the second scoop at the bottom which is even smaller than the first scoop and that was the maple Walmart you will see the photo. Both Scoops approximately the same price. So I walked back in and I said come on is this really what you give look at my second scoop here! Then a gentleman stepped over and said "YES THIS IS WHAT YOU GET EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE" in kind of a smug condescending way! I thought to myself wow that's horrible customer service! He could have handled it in a different way. I was very polite when I asked and this is the answer I got and I left the store. For the price point and portions of ice cream you get your best bet is to go to Bang Bang ice cream on Ossington and queen better value similar price point more selection. I give it two stars because the ice cream is not bad, although the attitude and portion size for the price, doesn't do it for me better value out there.

This is my Go-to place for vegan chocolate when something special is in order. Gift giving from me must always be cruelty free and i have given gift boxes of vegan chocolate to dairy consumers and they have LOVED it. Worth every penny If you value quality

We walked in and were totally ignored by the 2 owners. It felt very awkward. I ordered the honey and lavender, it was good but overpriced for the size. The flavour was light on the lavender and very sweet with an overwhelming honey flavour. My daughter loved the rhubarb sorbet(also a very small scoop), it was true rhubarb flavour. Overall it was a very underwhelming experience with no customer service. We did not feel welcome.

Hello Shivani, Thank you for your feedback. We were away during your visit but it seems as though you were charged incorrectly. A scoop in a cup should only be $5.60 after tax. $7.95 is the price if you get it with our handmade waffle cone. We apologize for the mistake and would be happy to reimburse you. We will make sure to go over this with our staff. Sincerely, Jeff and Jen
