I am not one to typically complain however, I passed by your location in the TD centre today and the service I received from the blonde girl that works there left a sour taste in my mouth. Not the kind of experience you expect from a chocolate boutique. I will not return to this location in the future. Buyers beware! You can receive sweet service at Lindt store just steps away!
I just stopped at the shop to buy chocolate boxes for the family and I saw whole lot of flies (small black ones) sitting all over the chocolates and trays. I mentioned this to the associate there and she said "sorry" and flew everything away by swaying her hands. Thats all! First time ever I stopped at this shop and never doing it again.
I never tried purdy’s chocolate before, the lady staff was very kind in explaining the selection and really helped out. I bought a couple of boxes and their chocolate tasted amazing! I am glad I passed by!

I have been going here for over a year and buying a lot, but when I asked to try for a sample they charged me, they should give free sample at least to the loyal customers. I don’t like their attitude as well.
