Such a cute store, but I had a really disappointing experience. I made a purchase and paid in cash, but unfortunately didn’t keep the receipt. A couple of days later I went back to request a refund and explained that I know the exact time of my purchase and could point it out precisely. They told me they don’t do refunds, but offered to give me a gift card for the almost same amount instead. I agreed. After I gave that gift card to my friend, and today she tried to use it, she was told that there was no balance on it at all. It was only $22, but the fact that this happened is honestly sad. In the end, I returned the item, paid for it, and received absolutely nothing in return. A really upsetting experience.
I love this shop very much, especially when making discounts for clothes at very good prices, and sometimes when buying one piece of clothing the second is free. It is located inside the CF Toronto Eaton Mall
I love the store! There would be time when they have a discounts or clothing on Sale! Like 2 for $15 clothing❤️ 100% gonna shop here more often!?️?️?️ my friend and I got the black light jacket perfect for spring, also I bought 2 Spring Tops which was 2 for $15 which was the best!
This store is crazy busy at the moment and for the last hour I’ve seen Melody handle this all like a pro - register, go-backs, fitting rooms, tantrums… Give this queen a raise
Biggest scam. Always has signs saying one deal to get you in and then it’s a whole other sale. For Black Friday it says up to 75% off STOREWIDE, then you go in and everything is buy 1 get 1 free. Trash.
I wish there was an option to give no star at all. But unfortunately I need to select something so selecting 1. The collection here is outdated, quality of clothes is poor, one wash and that’s it. Then you can only use them insides your home. Staff is really good though very helpful, hardworking and polite. But the Owner lady or manager, whatever designation she has is extremely rude, arrogant and over the moon for some reason. Doesn’t know how to treat her customers. On top of that bossy with her staff. Never going here again, even if they are giving away it free.
I needed to exchange a newly bought pant with one having a larger size. The staff were very helpful and the process went very smooth. I will definitely be buying again from the store. Thank you for the great service.
