BeachMac has been my go-to for all things Mac for as long as I can remember! The people are kind and friendly, the service is awesome and dropping in is always a nice experience. They recently fixed my MacBook and I was shocked that they did a detailed cleaning and it looked new!!! A pleasant surprise…thanks BeachMac!
Amazing experience at BeachMac on Queen Street. Norah was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my iPhone warrranty replacement. She setup the work order quickly and the replacement phone also arrived earlier than expected. As a bonus, she even shared some plant cuttings with me. 10/10 experience.

Excellent service for my 2017 iMac fan replacement. Norah responded quickly to my inquiry with detailed information and gave honest advice about my options. The process was smooth—no appointment needed, completed within the promised timeframe, and they included diagnostics and a full vent cleaning. What impressed me most was the transparency throughout. All the staff at the Beaches Mac Store are phenomenal in both their knowledge and customer service. I knew my MacBook was on life support but I was hoping it would survive till fall when I could buy a new MacBook and not die when the CRA wants to take all my money in April -). My charge cord died and won’t hold a charge in the middle of an urgent project with tight deadlines - isn’t this always way! I raced to the store to buy a new charger before they were closing. Unfortunately they didn’t have one in stock . My heart sunk . They looked at my old charger confirmed it was the cord but told me my battery was definitely about to die . They told me they had a new battery available in stock . They told me it would only take half a day to fix . They went above and beyond . They had a charger for the store but it was missing a piece . My charger had the piece they were missing but my cord wasn’t working . The nice employee I think his name was Colin took a piece from my old charger and inserted in the stores charger and allowed me to bring home the stores only charger if I promised to bring it back. This is why I love about this neighborhood! They trusted me and saved my sanity . It was helpful as I could work on my document at night and I made an appointment to change my old battery the next day. And I gave them my missing piece to keep. I was worried it would take days but they told me should only take a several hours . I left walked home and when I got home it was already ready to be picked up. They also found a used charger for me instead of buying a brand new one . Amazing staff , exceptional service, very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Beaches Mac
******* Update : The owner called me and said that he wanted to make things right and apologized for my experience. We brought the computer and and they fixed the issue free of charge! Thank you. Excellent service.****** I left a computer to have the battery replaced. 4 days later the computer was taken apart but the battery had yet to be ordered. Not only did the store not take ANY responsibility for their mistake, they offered NO resolution. After they put our computer back together we took it home only to have Apple Store service fix it properly. I will never go back to this store again! Customers be aware! P.S. To my point. No responsibility taken by owner. Read his response. I guess standing in store saying go ahead with repair and paying a deposit is not enough for them to start the repair. What a shameful owner to blame a customer for their mistake!
I have to say that having BeachMac around the corner from our house has been very handy. We’ve gone in to purchase various items for our Mac products and the staff here are wonderful. They are very helpful and knowledgeable with all things Mac and beyond. Thanks Mark for your help earlier today.
