I came in to inquire about data recovery services for a malfunctioning Macbook Air M2. I was immediately helped out with a thorough diagnostic of my machine, free of charge, and also received quotes for data recovery / repair of my laptop that were extremely fair (the repair cost was much cheaper than the price I had been quoted at the Apple store)! Overall, the experience was very pleasant and the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for help with their Apple products.

Found this business via a third party referral service. I went over there to sell my iPhone 15 Pro as they had the best rate on the market. This transaction was quick and easy and I got paid super fast. I needed to restore my data from iCloud to a new iPhone 17 Pro (had no idea it was eSIM only). This threw me off and Geordie helped me figure out how to transfer my number from my physical sim to the eSIM. Andy and Geordie were so patient with me as they waited behind until way past their office hours for my data to be completely restored to my new phone and my eSIM activated. I felt right at home with these two as Andy had the best music playing, the best stories, great food recommendation and everything in between. Oh and if you are an Apple head, you’ll find some vintage Apple products there :) I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Andy and Geordie!! 10/10

had a bad experience. my macbook was spilt over with liquid, and his “tech guys” didn’t even care to clean the liquid from inside and the mac got bricked again. Reply: I did come. I had a MacBook Pro 16 inch.
