I'd purchased a refurbished ThinkpadT490 in July 2025. Amy helped me with the purchase. On arriving home I noticed one of the ports was not working. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 star review. I was okay with one port not working, as the second port was still working. A few weeks later some of the keys on the laptop stopped working. Called Amy & she asked me to bring it in. After checking it she asked me to leave the laptop & pick it up the next day. I picked it up a few days later & the keyboard was fixed. The laptop works great & is pretty fast. Amy was very professional, obliging & great to work with. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to purchase a refurbished laptop at a reasonable price. Thanks Amy!
