Thought my laptop was done for good but Anibal fixed it and offered for me to pick it up the same day. Extremely good service and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommend!
My Gaming Desktop stopped working so I brought my computer to PC Farm Inc. Anibal was very friendly and he explained to me what some of the possible cause of the issue. The price is very reasonable and fair. He did the diagnostics and everything was fixed less than a day. I would definitely recommend the shop! I will personally come back in the future if I ever have any Computer issues again. If I could rate 10/5 I would. Currently writing this review with my fixed computer.
I could not be more pleased with Anibal's work. He's been in business more than 25 years, and it shows. Patient, kind, easy to reach and communicate with, and never trying to upsell. I'd highly recommend this business for repairs or new computers like mine!
I went to pick up a package there and the man that works there was unnecessarily abusive, rude, condensing and very arrogant. He should not be working with the public.
The owner is a disrespectful speaking person! You can see from 2 other reviews it’s the same issue. He didn’t want me to be able to say anything as a customer just wants to talk over me!! He’s just condescending & rude. I specifically asked about how much a service would cost but when we get there it’s all of a sudden something different from what I was told & that’s it’s “my problem” that I supposedly misunderstood! Nothing but a blame game onto the customer. Even if a customer is incorrect it’s his bad attitude & how he speaks down to you that’s just awful - He does not care to be customer friendly. Will never go back - would rather pay more somewhere else that understands respectful communication & customer service.
Apart from being a real gem of a person, Anibal Garcia has a wonderful way with computers, solving problems that nobody else can. I wouldn't trust my computer to anyone else!
