Unethical and scammers! Stay away!!! I was late literally an hour to pickup an item, when I drove all the way to the shop, the owner told the employee to charge me $50 extra, and justified it by saying "you have to pay for my employee". Last I checked, I was the customer, since when do customers pay for employee wages? Owner was rude and unprofessional. Will never do business with them again!

Today again went back to my favour place and once again the service was amazing Alex was very helpful and very knowledgeable with all the information about the products and my phone screen protector was professionally installed. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Please i advise you to not get anything here cause ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. i went there a few days ago to buy a laptop FOR CHEAP and they pointed out a ThinkPad that was $180 THAT WASN’T EVEN CLOSE TO CHEAP and as i was getting ready to pay it cost $200 FOR WHAT THOUGH i asked them for a refund.. and THEY DON’T DO REFUND *brother you could told me that so i would’ve never came in the first place *AND MY $200 DOWN THE DRAIN. I’ve had the laptop for a few days and i hate the keyboard/pad sound. i’ma stick to MacOS
Very friendly people, great prices! What I had bought wasn’t advertised properly (the ad suggested it was a white, whereas I got a black), Mohammed said he will get back to me when he gets a white one and I’ll be able to exchange. Ill update to a 5 star when he texts me back about the white one. Highly recommend though!

Terrible customer service i was the only one in the store ( a small store maybe 12x 16) and waited 15 min while the manager was busy laughing and talking on the phone not making eye contact with me once even though I was 3 ft in front of him , when I finally decided I didn't want to wait any more and walked to the door he told the person on the other end to hang on and gave me a dirty look and said is there something I can do for you or something you're looking for When I said I wanted to know the price if the laptop in the display case he said " oh we aren't having any sales today and this isn't a laptop you'd be interested in , extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful Do not shop here he thinks he's a wealthy man and no one can afford the used items he has for sale. I took my business to Canadian outlet and spent $1370.00
