I have been looking at getting a PC for a few months. Came across Quoted a month or so ago and was impressed with there options and pricing. Black Friday came around and I purchased my first ever PC :) Shipping was fast and smooth and the pricing was great. Would defiantly recommend!!
Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a top-of-the-line, $9,000 gaming PC from Quoted Tech on September 7th, with a promised delivery date of September 26th at the latest. That's where any semblance of good service ended. The company provided zero proactive updates. Not once did they email me about the build status, potential delays, or any issues. I had to personally chase them for information every five days just to know what was happening with my expensive purchase. After all that, they finally shipped my PC on the last possible day, September 26th. To add insult to injury, they used an incredibly slow shipping method. The PC, which was already delayed from my perspective, didn't arrive until October 6th—a full 10 days after it shipped. For a $9,000 investment, I received: No communication. No sense of priority. A missed delivery promise. Painfully slow shipping caused by their own build delays. If you're spending premium money, you expect premium service. Quoted Tech offers the opposite. Avoid this company at all costs.
Several weeks ago I ordered a custom PC from here. The PC was phenomenal, until I started encountering a very weird issue... After confirming it's not a software issue, I emailed Quoted Tech and I was told to bring the PC over asap -- I did, and they spent several hours dissecting the pc bit by bit until the faulty part was determined. The Motherboard. They literally replaced every single part of the PC attempting to find the faulty component until they did! Afterwards, they replaced it with a new one and now my PC works great. All in a few hours time! Not only that, the actual store has some young Linus Tech Tips vibes going on and everyone is super nice! 10/10 would buy pc from here again.
Bought a PC through MDG from these guys for over $3k. Turns out they used crap components. 650 watt pay, you is only 8gb, and ram is DDR4. Buyer beware. They don’t list this stuff in the product page when buying and while it’s on me to ask, the practice of not listing it at all is deceptive.
Ordered a gaming PC. What arrived was above and beyond. Absolutely beautiful rig. On top of the product, the support from the Quoted Tech team was phenomenal. Within an hour of receiving it (shipped properly!), I'm getting messages from the team asking me if I have any problems. Really helpful, knowledgeable people. Don't hesitate to do business with them. Shoutout to Kevin, who doesn't seem to require sleep.
We just recently purchased a custom gaming PC from Quoted Tech and we can honestly say that this was our best buying experience in the 20 or so years we have been avid PC gamers. Co-owner Kevin, is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and professional. He responded immediately to our inquiry and helped us design our dream rig for a price that was significantly less than the competition. We live in a remote area of BC and we were having an extremely difficult time searching for a business that would not charge us a premium to build us a custom pc, in a reasonable time period, and with free or low-cost shipping options. We are so greatful that Kevin from Qouted, hand-built our PC in 2 business days at no extra cost and provided us with free shipping. Kevin sent us updates with pictures during the build, and was genuinely as excited as we were for the final product. Our beautifully crafted PC arrived a week after we placed our order and we could not be happier. Everything worked seamlessly, immediate plug and play.
