Today I had my first appointment at this office and it was wonderful. Staff were friendly, hygienist explained everything and was very thorough during the cleaning. The dentist explained everything and showed me things to look out for on the computer. All in all 10/10 experience. Really happy about my decision to switch to this dentist.

I’ve been going to this clinic for about a year now, and I purposely waited until I’d had enough appointments before writing anything. I’ve had some really bad experiences at other dental offices in the past—being spoken to inappropriately while tools were in my mouth, being overcharged without clear treatment plans, and feeling pressured into things I didn’t actually need. One dentist even told me that if I didn’t get my wisdom teeth removed immediately, I’d risk permanent nerve damage and possibly lose feeling in my lower jaw. That stuck with me for years. When I brought it up here, Dr. Dang explained everything calmly and clearly, and reassured me that it wasn’t something I needed to worry about right now. He’s never pushed unnecessary treatments, and even referred me to a great specialist for an infected root canal and crown. It was the first time I felt like someone was actually looking out for me rather than trying to upsell me. His team is genuinely kind and respectful. The hygienist are all amazing too. Teeth cleanings are so gentle that I’ve caught myself dozing off in the chair. The reception team is always friendly and patient, too, which makes such a difference. After years of dreading dental visits, I now genuinely look forward to them. I’m grateful to have finally found a clinic where I feel safe, informed, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!
I switched to Bathurst-Dupont Dental two years ago and my experience has been excellent. The dental hygienist is wonderful and the dentist is so thorough. I’ve never had a better experience at a dental office before.
My appointment with hygienist Mila always goes well. she is gentle and very methodical. My teeth always feel great after. Their counter staff are always friendly and very competent. I am pleased to have found this practice and have great trust in Dr. Dang.
Matthew and Jane are both amazing at what they do! I had terrible experiences at other dental offices that wanted to gauge me for money by doing shoddy work that required several appointments to fix. At Bathurst-Dupont Dental the experience was great even my first conversation with the receptionist. They are super nice and helpful! My first cleaning went super smooth and the work is so much better than I have ever had before. Any additional work is discussed with you in an honest manner and all options are put on the table. Definitely didn't feel pressured to do anything. Highly recommend!
