Dr Williams was great however the new dentist Dr. Islam is nice but did not do a good job on my teeth. The second day after getting my filling my tooth cracked and I went back because I could see the hairline crack and he gaslight me and said he doesn't see it but then he filled something down and send me on my way. Now months later that crack has another crack that’s getting bigger and I do not want to go back there because clearly the quality of the work is not the same. They are friendly but I didn’t pay for friendly and I do not have insurance so I have to pay out of pocket (lucky at a discounted rate) nonetheless I was expecting years before my fillings crack because that’s what I’m used to with dr Williams. I cannot afford to get a filling every few months. I wanted quality work done. After years with doctor williams sadly will have to end here.
I really liked the place. The office was clean and inviting, the staff were very nice and attending to my dental care needs, and my dentist, Dr. Muhammad Islam, was very courteous and respectful, cracking wisecracks while providing great service. I went there with my mom for dental checkups like scaling and Invisalign, where our dentist was Dr. Islam. He and his assistant helped us get crystal-clear images of our teeth for Invisalign and also helped making sure our teeth looked perfect after the scaling. Dr. Islam also gave out high quality dental toothbrushes and toothpaste as a gift. Highly recommend.
Dr Williams is the best dentist ever. He is caring and put his patients first . He takes his time to clean your teeth properly. . I had my teeth cleaned by someone else and i’m not happy. . My mouth feels weird and the dentist rushed my cleaning. .I can still feel plaque on my teeth. He only used one intstrument. I miss Dr Williams and i’m not going back if Dr Williams is not there. The toothbrush they gave me is no good and the dental floss is expired. . These new people only care about the money , everything is so rushed. Please put your patients first and not the money. ..
