Would 100% recommend. Allison and the team are all extremely friendly, accommodating and most importantly do a fantastic and professional job. I've never had any problems and will be my dentist for years to come.
Yesterday afternoon the receptionist was rude, impolite and made me feel discriminated against because I am not a native English speaker. There was a misunderstanding relative with my insurance and my daughter's Healthy smiles Ontario benefit and instead of verifying in the system, the receptionist made a really uncomfortable situation assuming that I did not understand her because of my lack of intelligence and my English, she started calling over a translator which I did not need. When she kept on insisting on my lack of understanding I decided to leave. The only reason I went out of my way to make it to College Street Dentistry, was because of the wonderful service that Doc. Allison Blatt provided, for more than 6 years. This had never happened before, so it makes me very disappointed.
Even though I've moved a bit out of the city, I choose to always come back to this place! It is the best, everybody is so friendly, and Dr. Blatt is the nicest and most kind dentist I've ever had.
