His calm and reassuring approach always puts me at ease, no matter the treatment. Equally, his wonderful team — Jaga, Shirin, and Suman — deserve special recognition. They are professional, kind, and attentive, creating such a welcoming atmosphere that every visit feels seamless. From scheduling appointments to the actual care in the chair, their dedication and warmth never go unnoticed.

Shirin is very kind and polite making me feel comfortable. Jaga is very helpful and kind when I book appointments. I can usually get an appointment quickly. AVOID ..Went in for a filling on a chipped tooth, told me I need a post and a root canal. I thought about it and said I only want the filling then she refused to do it. I went to a new place this morning and they never mentioned a root canal and said it's not needed. I'm guessing she wanted to upcharge me on more things and didn't like that I wanted a simple filling. I believe that when it comes to lifetime changes on your body the least a "professional" should do is be honest with you and not try to upcharge you on unnecessary lifechanging operations.

My prior experience was good with them other than one which made me frustrated. Months ago, I went them to extract my one tooth but they did two together which caused my entire jawline “uncomfortable and imbalanced” and strangely unable to make them understood my uncomfortable situation ! I’m so disappointed and still facing difficulties while eating foods!
I attended this dental clinic when I began feeling some sensitivity a few years back. This was not an easy step for me because I have always had tooth issues and I’m careful with who touch my teeth. The staff are probably the most extremely polite bunch of people to offer services. As for Dr. Malik, that man is the truth! Fast forward to now that they have moved locations, this growth is what I like to see. The waiting rooms are bigger, the environment is more beautiful and bless that lady who did the artworks. I feel so much like family each time I visit. And everyone I have introduced to this clinic has had nothing but excellent experiences. To have a dentist who knows the job to a ‘t’ and be surrounded by the most respectable, friendly staff, makes this clinic the best in the whole of East York. PS: if you have been asked to wait, be patient. You won’t get it better elsewhere. I promise you.
