The dental work at Yonge Bloor Dental care was fine, but the customer service was lacking. Better communication and friendliness would really improve the experience.
I had an appointment at this clinic, but I waited almost 40 minutes past my time. No one explained the delay. The treatment itself was okay, but the waiting was frustrating.
I had a cleaning session in Yonge and Bloor clinic. The treatment happened so quick that many spots were left behind. When I checked my teeth in the mirror afterward, I could still see the germs on them !

Amazing staff and great service. They made removing 4 wisdom teeth at once a breeze! Special shoutout to Pam, who does an amazing job cleaning my teeth every time. Billing/ payment process is also super smooth, super easy!
Recently switched to Dr. Sterling as my dentist... very glad I did. He dealt with some problematic teeth that have been bothering me for years and had my one tooth filled/repaired so quickly I was stunned. He and everyone I interacted with reception (Sally), two hygienists (I'm terrible with names)) are very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions (I ask a lot of questions). I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a dentist.
I have been going to Dr Sterling for a long time and every time the staff made me right at home there very friendly'. Dr. Sterling is a great caring Dentist I will never go any where els I trust him very much and all the staff are very caring
