Absolutely fantastic! I tried the Birria Torta Sandwich and it was spectacular. The beef was incredibly flavourful, marinated for a long time and slow-cooked to perfection, you can really taste the authenticity. The bread was perfectly buttered and the combination of the tender meat, avocado, and lime mayo was just delicious. Since the Birria Torta was so good, I'll definitely be back to try the Birria Bowl or the Quesabirria next. This is a must-try spot for great, authentic Mexican food in Union Station's Foodie Aisle!
Best Mexican food court I've tried! The fish tacos are absolutely delicious- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. And their chicken bowl? Amazing! The portion's generous, and the flavors are on point. Highly recommend both dishes. Can't wait to come back and try more!
This was a let down. Tacos lacked flavour with or without the salsa that came with them. The birria tacos were not fried as they usually are, and the beef was not very tender.
The food is very fresh and super flavorful, not your americanized mexican food. I come twice a week to get some healthy authentic Mexican foods. I've tried the birria, chilorio and Chicken bowl which is halal and are packed with flavor and very healthy but my favorite id say is the CHILORIO! They also have vegan options!The staff are so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. I highly recommend! And the prices are on point! You can't go wrong with a packed protein taco for 6 bucks!
I got the TAQUITOS DORADOS and was pleasantly surprised! The balance of flavours and spices was wonderful. They were STUFFED with chicken and the toppings completed the dish. I think these were well worth the price. The two things I could see for improvement are that I wish they gave a larger portion of salsa. To me, the amount given was enough for one taquito, not two- and for the price (~13) i think it would’ve been a small attention to detail. Second, because this is located in union station where food is being taken to go, it would be nice if they asked if i want toppings on the taquitos or on the side. I had one taquito right away and it was nice and crispy. By the time I made it to the train (10 mins later) the toppings made my second taquito a bit soggy. However, I enjoyed my food and will come back to try other items on the menu!
Fantastic food! The beef was excellent. I ate there because most other places were busy, but AZUL was not; then they blew my expectations away with their fantastic food, service, and price. Definitely going again!
Something is seriously wrong with their meat, had extreme stomach pain after eating here. I would highly suggest management check how their staff is preparing and handling food.
