I ordered the Fish Baja Tacos. They gave me 3 tacos. They were so cold and tasteless. Both the fish and the toppings were cold. I didn't enjoy it at all. Waste of my money.
Good Mexican place in First Canadian Place. I got the Poblano taco and the Esquites and they were both yum! Slightly expensive but the tacos were good sized!
Happened upon Azul while walking the Path, trying to decide what to have for lunch and was not disappointed in the least! Had the Birria tacos as well as the guac and chips. Will certainly be back to try other options.
One of the best to-go Mexican restaurants I’ve had in a while. Very flavourful food and portions were great. The price was also reasonable. Definitely looking forward to going back when I’m in the area.
One of my favourite quick-eat spots in Toronto's Financial District! Super flavourful, fast, authentic inspired Mexican food . The menu is well thought out and not overwhelming which makes for quick service. The staff is friendly and efficient and the decor is gorgeous - certainly an elevated look for a good court location! You can find it on the upper Food Terace (food court) in First Canadian Place.
Visited to try Azul as one of the newest Mexican spots at the First Canadian Place food court. Their Tortas were made fresh to order and had a great taste to it, as well as being a decent portion size. For the Chilorio Torta, it had a generous amount of pork shoulder which was very tender. Their bowls are also a great option, as they come with your choice of protein and are filled with a mix of toppings. Most popular bowls are the Birria Beef and Chilorio (pork shoulder) bowl. Definitely worth a visit if looking for a Mexican option in the area for a quick lunch.
Never expected to get the quality they offer at a food court. Got the birria torta, it was loaded with extremely tender beef and the veggies were fresh. The bun was also bakery quality. Can’t ask for much more, stoked to try the other options they offer.
