Had the worst burrito I have ever had. Everything was tasteless and had only 4 pieces of shrimp in it. The place is not authentic in the slightest. Ingredients all taste prepackaged.
Good and tasty food. Go restaurant, good service. Decent prices... Good price vs quality and quantity ratio. Coffee cup size is a bit small though. Interior is too small ans cannot accommodate many customers.
This establishment is a total rip-off. I ordered a Burrito bowl with extra ground beef, and upon receiving the container, it was half empty. Seems like the menu should have clearly stated, half serving, or the workers don't understand portion size. They operate under a malicious, deliberate model of cutting one portion into two. No, it's not shrinkflation, its just plain and simple robbery. This establishment took it to another level and deserves the robber of the year award. So if you don't want value for money, missing items, and poor quality food, patronize Robber Del Mar.
The burrito bowl is a mix of beans,rice pulled pork, lettuce,tomatoes, cheese, salsa and sour cream all bursts into a distinctive flavor. Brings me back to Quintana Roo.
I stop here for lunch often, and there is never enough staff to handle the amount of customers who want to order. Can take 10 minutes to complete a burrito order, and with just one person fulfilling orders, that's only like 6 burritos an hour. So slow. I often have to leave while in line. If you're in a rush, go somewhere else.
Went here for a quick bite and they didn't even have half the protein options available. I got two tacos and the server put a tiny amount of protein and didn't even toast the tortillas. The salsa was just Tostitos salsa, nothing unique or authentic. Regret buying those tacos.
Unfortunately my experience is very poor at this place and unfortunately I didn’t take any photo! - food tasted worse. - washroom was smelling so bad - the service and server deserve 0 star.. the guy who served the food had 0 knowledge about customer service. He foil packed our tacos, burrito and without any tray, plate gave is! with nachos he didn’t give any salsa or guacamole. We has to ask for it! He served enchiladas without any sour cream, sauce or anything inside a plastic box! We asked for a to go box and he gave a box without any cover and bag to carry. The list is long how bad the experience was. Improve your food, environment and customer service. You cannot survive with the service you are providing.
