Fantastic pet store. Tons of selection and they gave us a sample of food that our cat loved more than her regular food so we made the switch and she's never been happier. They always have what we need, are super friendly, helpful and generous. Big fan and happy to have made it our primary pet supply source.
I’ve been visiting this store for a while, and lately the experience has felt a bit overwhelming. The newer associates tend to rush over the moment you walk in, which makes the environment feel pushy rather than welcoming. I appreciate help, but sometimes it’s nice to have a moment to look around without being approached immediately. There are a couple of team members whose presentation and attitude could be improved. One associate, Casey, often appears unprepared for customer-facing work, which affects the overall atmosphere ,consistently has very noticeable body odour, which makes interactions uncomfortable. Another, Nicole, is knowledgeable but tends to come across as condescending, so I’ve started avoiding coming in the evenings when she’s usually there. Even the way she speaks to staff as well it’s kind of concerning. On a positive note, the owner is always willing to help, although at times he seems a bit distracted or not fully engaged. Recently I’ve noticed new faces in the store, which is a refreshing change and definitely a step in the right direction. They’ve also added a security guard due to increased theft in the area. He’s very professional, doesn’t hover or follow customers around, and actually helps create a safer and more comfortable shopping experience. Overall, the store has potential, but some improvements in customer service and staff approach would make visits much more pleasant.
One of my favourite local businesses, the staff are always so kind and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable, especially for my cats favourite toys!
Have been coming here consistently since I moved to the neighbourhood. I love that it’s owned by people who care and love animals so much. They always give me goodies for my cat and it’s much appreciated!!
All Pets is truly the best!! All the staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Nicole, and they always take the time to get to know you and your pet you're shopping for!! Highly recommend Nicole and the whole team at All Pets.
There is an employee who works there frequently (they worked today Dec 6,2024 in the morning but I don’t know their name) - oh I love coming in to get help from them! Always so happy and assisting?
It is always a pleasant shopping experience here. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being in your face. They have a decent rewards program that doesn’t require you download another app, and they often give a free sample for your pet when you pay at the counter. Great selection of pet food and other products. I did however significantly overpay for a backpack style cat carrier recently but I was desperate and thankful they had the carrier when I needed it urgently. Very friendly vibe — oh and great cat grass at a good price too
