I called today simply to ask about the price range for some small fish, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. Instead of giving me any information — or even politely saying he couldn’t answer — he hung up on me in the middle of my question. This is unacceptable customer service. A basic question about pricing should never lead to a customer being treated this way. I was shocked and very disappointed by the unprofessional behavior.
Don’t buy fish from anywhere else but here! We’ve been coming here since my boys were small. The owner, Bob, is kind, super knowledgeable, and truly a fish whisperer. We get amazing customer service every time we visit. I highly recommend!
Nice little place in my neighbourhood. I got a bunch of cherry shrimp and a kuhli loach here and they are doing very well. I also got a betta here, but he didn't do so well. Started showing signs of fin rot almost immediately. Quite sad, but it happens I suppose. ETA: The owner was very generous with respect to the loss of my betta. It's great to see a business that operates on honesty and integrity.
Good service only issue is I notice looking closely at my betta that it already has fin rot… kind of sad to see that the fish came with an illness considering you’re paying premium. The fish were kept in clean separate tanks. Store owner has responded and I’ll be bringing fish back for store credit. Happy to see the prompt service.
My wife and I are new to owning fish. This place is fantastic! The owner is knowledgeable & attentive. He really cares and it shows. Great variety, well equipped - overall a wonderful experience
Could not recommend this place and owner more! Fantastic service backed with a true knowledge and passion for what he sells. Great variety for all levels and set ups. We regularly go back for extra tips and any supplements we need and always greeted warmly!
Cute little aquarium store in the west end. Employee was friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't try to oversell. They had a fancy nice guppys selection, and fan tail shrimp. Will definitely visit again.
