Such a great find! I was traveling with my dog recently. First road trip with him and I didn't quite know what to expect. Unfortunately he had a rough first night with a lot of anxiety. He didn't have his normal appetite, so I called this Pet Mama store to get some more appetizing food. The people there were so helpful and gave some great recommendations for meal toppers that could have also acted like a meal for smaller dogs. Everything they recommended was perfect, my dog loved everything, and that really seemed to help ease his anxiety. I really appreciated the questions they asked me to find the best food solution for my dog. Thanks again. If you are local or traveling with a pooch, I'd strongly recommend you check out this store. Great service, great selection, and very reasonable prices.
Despite the limited size of the store, they have an incredible selection of cat food/products, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My favourite independent pet store in the city!
I have to give 5 stars for the amazing service i received! Passed by randomly and saw they had 20% off, i bought some supplements and the girl working was so kind and gave us sooo many samples that suited my dog! Thank you so much for the generous service! If only i lived closer, i would always come here!
I stumbled upon this store a month ago and since ten been back three times. The owner is extremely knowledge about everything dog. Their selection of toys, snacks and accessories are amazing. I have never come home with any toys my little Soba hasn't loved. I would highly recommend this ship to anyone that wants the best for their pets. ❤️
Incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge on what is best for the needs of your pet! Left the pick up today smiling because of their superb service and great perks (delivery, loyalty card etc). Really excited to go back and grab more for my pets at this location - my new pet store of choice! (Also their resident ChowChow is an absolute sweetheart and very calm around people and pets - you can tell these folks love their animal and will do right by yours)
