Great delivery by Toronto Pets on Avenue Road. I love the store and it is even better that they delivered (no delivery charge) a big order of dog food. They provided time options for delivery and delivered on time. I will use them again for sure!
I ordered through uber and the person working at the store today was so nice. Called me to confirm my order when there was a small issue, and wrote my name beautifully on the bag and added in an extra treat. Just wanted to post my thanks because it’s rare to experience people that exceed the minimum expectations for their job. Thanks Toronto pets!
Good pricing, good verbal communication, incorrect delivery date, thus only 4*. When I ordered, it said it would come next day, but I didn’t get it till the 2nd day. I called and the gentleman was friendly and answered my question politely.
A huge thanks to Toronto Pets. After a long search elsewhere for a backordered product (and three goose chases) Toronto Pets had it in stock and delivered within hours. Excellent customer service, easy to use website and ordering, on time and courteous delivery. The cat food ordered is the only food that my 17+ year old palliative cat will eat. So it’s a life saver.

I can honestly say customer service at this level is very rare these days. I have an elderly cat (almost 18) requiring a special diet and the only brand that meets her needs that she will eat is not costly and not as widely available as other brands. This little store had it in stock and at a regular price lower than national wide chain. Again, friendly and super helpful and informative (I was not aware of various loyalty programs and discounts available).
Such a breath of fresh air. It beats Global pets across the street. Products are better and cheaper. Thank for brightening Avenue Road for our pets...
