I absolutely love this store. They staff are friendly, the bodega cat is adorable, the quality is unmatched, and the prices are reasonable. I will always stop by even if it's just to grab a new flavour of tube-treat for my cat to try before I buy a whole bag. Their $5 surprise bags are always a hoot!

Been coming here every other week since I got my cat in October last year. These guys are awesome, great selection of products and very helpful! If there is something you want but don't see they are willing to check with their suppliers and order it in for you! Rupert and Remi are the on site feline canine mascot duo and they always ensure a great experience, the human staff are amazing as well. I love that they take donations for pet toys and supplies for those in need. They are simply the best pet store around!
Very friendly, no-pressure store! Got some really good tips from a store associate about our family’s first kitten! Pricing seems decent and affordable too. Definitely recommend and will come back (for more tips) in the future! (^__^)
We just walked in to buy some dog shampoo, and the second i leaned over the cat immediately jumped on my shoulders like a parrot, the owner was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Is not what it was in the past. More concerned about standards of the staff than the needs of the customers. Further to respond to the owners scenario of what transpired (she wasn't there) is a fiction. I never got much through the door when the cashier shrieked at me 'WE'RE CLOSED'. The debit issue is a 'Red Herring'. Certain members of long term staff have come to feel the customer is more of an imposition on their lives.
An absolutely delightful local business! Great variety of products, locally handmade toys included, plus the best cats ever! I wanted to switch my cat's food and they were kind enough to give me a handful of different samples so I could figure out what would work best for him. Rupert is also the most wonderful cat I've ever met, 10/10 will go back every time.
