We woof love to thank The Pet Store 647 fur helping our Chihuahuamama find our first sets of Wagwear wellies that we have been sniffing fur around downtown fur the past year and finally found like treasure at your shop! Tara in baby pink and Hafez in sage green we are ready fur some pawsome adventures but now with a little Dream Yoga to sniff out some ideas fur where we will fly on our magic carpet with our Chihuahuamama very soon! Absolutely thrilled to finally find not one but two sets of Wagwear wellies for each of my little Bollywood Chihuahuas to keep their paws safe during the monsoons and from burning on the hot pavement while heading out to sets or events in Bombay or while traveling for shoots! My partner and I placed an order over the phone on July 23rd at the end of the day, sent the etransfer and were told we’d receive the delivery by 9:15pm that night. No one contacted us, though we called the store multiple times that night and the next morning. We had informed them that we were leaving for a trip the following day, so they were well aware of the situation and the urgency of the delivery. Upon our return from the trip on Aug. 2nd, we realized there was no delivery waiting with our concierge…. We called The Pet Store yesterday (August 2nd) and spoke with an employee. She had no knowledge of our order, did not even know the details of the product in question, and was only able to say that our order would be delivered the following evening “after the owner’s shift” which she stated ended at 7pm. Today, we have called the store multiple times with no answer, went there in person at 5:45pm and found the open sign on, door locked and lights off. The sign states they are open till 9pm while their Google page lists 8pm. We are beyond frustrated and expect an immediate refund. We will NOT be utilizing The Pet Store Yonge St. services again.
Absolute garbage service. They’ve taken my money for 2 weeks now with no product delivery. Have tried going to their store during the hours listed but there is no one to be found and nobody answers their phone. Extremely poorly run and unethical business.
Love this store! The moment I walked in, my dog was loved. The staff are friendly, and know their products. Customer service is great. Nice selection of products, and they can order almost anything. I have found my favourite store for Marley. See you soon!
Really friendly staff and have a great selection of cat food. Was pleasantly surprised they carried larger cans of the weruva kitty gone wild, it’s hard to come by!
