I just adopted a beautiful kitten. Since I never had a cat before, I didn't know what kind of stuff I should get. The owner, Bob was very kind and knowledgeable, so I learned a lot. He gave me some free stuff and even helped me carry the cat tower to my car. I was so impressed that I decided to post this review. This store deserves 5 stars
I cancelled my dog's grooming appointment on short notice (hour and a half before) and told the owner it's because I had tested positive for covid earlier that morning. He started interrogating me as to why I waited until an hour and a half before the appointment to cancel instead of telling him earlier. I understand that such a short notice cancellation isn't ideal, though that interaction left a sour taste, so now I'll be taking my dog elsewhere for both grooming and pet supplies.
Brought my dog in for a regular nail trim, 5 min later the man comes back with her saying that she was difficult, charged me twice as much and when I argued about the excessive charge I was told that I could look for other place to get her nails trimmed and that they don't care about losing a customer. Terrible customer service.
I had a very bad experience at this store. I was looking for a particular brand of frozen dog food. The manufacturer's website said that Pawland stocked this food, so I called the store to confirm. The person at Pawland confirmed that they had the food in stock. So I drove a half hour there and back to purchase the food. When I got to the store, I found out that they did not in fact stock the dog food. When I complained to the person that I spoke to that they had seriously inconvenienced me, they laughed at me. Worst customer service ever.
Tried calling in for a simple grooming question and the man hung up before I could finish my question. Horrible customer service!!!! Or nonexistent. Don' t expect too much n you'll be ok
Seriously I walk here because is close by my company event. I have no service, I was just in the store in 5 mins and the rep asked if I need help. I told him no and he ask why lol I said I have a coupon from Fromms and I'm checking the condition and he's like ok fine. I went to the cashier with my $30 dog food to check out and I tapped my card and it was declined and he goes wow. Yes maybe I have my Amex so i inserted my visa again and ask if there's cash discount since I saw a sign for 10% off. He goes I have a sign, can u read, that's why I have a sign and food is not included. Dude, u r in customer service I can ask right? Seriously never again!,
I didn't even make it into the store called in to inquire about nail trimming and the person who answered the phone said "hi" loudly as if he was answering his cellphone. On top of that, trying to clarify how the pricing scale works with trimming and he was huffing and puffing as if it was so difficult to answer a customer inquiry.. I didn't even make it into the store and don't ever plan on it. Good thing pet valu is not too far away And despite the owners reply I never once used profanity when asking about a dogs nail cutting price
