We needed some emergency Kwik and Furballs not only came through but stayed open just for us. The owners are super friendly to boot. Highly recommend!
Just picked up Guinea pig food here. Very good service, reasonable price. Happy to find an independent shop that has small animal supplies. Location is much more convenient to me than any other pet shops in the area. Looking forward to going back with my dog for a browse.
Used a $60 lead for my puppy from here once. It snapped and the store refused to replace it. We try and shop local but loyalty needs to go both ways, otherwise why bother? - for $60 they’ve lost us as a customer forever.
Great amount of items and selections in a very small store very friendly staff. I bought a kitten bottle from there and it was half as expensive then the one at pet value same brand and product !
The friendliest staff and occasionnal doggie greeter! Fantastic selection of items, high-quality ingredients and some great Canadian brands offered. Our cats love their Canada Fresh wet food! We love supporting Furballs!
Our six month old pup can be REALLY picky with her food and, combined with her emerging food sensitivities, it can be a challenge to keep her eating consistently. Puppy hunger strikes are the WORST! Thankfully the staff at Furballs have been kind enough to help us pick out a selection of canned foods that we can rotate through to keep her happy and interested in her kibbles! Our cats are also VERY pleased that Furballs carries their favourite brand of food (BFF). My animals are rescues and my experience is that feeding times are when some of the most meaningful bonding moments happen. Thanks Furballs for keeping our misfit gang of pets happy!
