GK9 gear is one of my top 3 places in Canada to shop for working dog supplies and professional training gear at a fair price. I have made multiple purchases over the years and the quality is always outstanding. Their hidden sleeve and the newly purchased camo bite sleeve are exceptional both in design and craftsmanship and stand up to a hard biting dog. The training vest and training hoodies are in constant rotation on the training field and are very comfortable. Their customer service is top notch and shipping lightning fast. I highly recommend GK9 to anybody. You won't be disappointed!
I ordered a custom made collar and for some reason they put the handle basically at the last hole (which is the one I was using). The older woman who took my order kept insisting that I this wasn’t an issue even though I showed her it was damaging and rubbing up on the handle everytime you unattached the collar and basically told me nothing could be done to fix it without taking apart and ruining the collar completely- even though this was their fault. The girl at the front desk told me twice over the phone I could easily come in and get it fixed if there were any issues so I wasted my time coming there just to be told I need to buy a whole new collar. I don’t really think she knows what she’s doing.
Akeem us our favourite trainer he deserves a five star rating! The Front desk lady Reeta or Rita is so rude not sure why she front desk. That’s what happened so when she are married to the boss…a lady working at front desk and sucks at customer service. Get someone else please it’s ruining your brand.
Amazing quality! We have purchased a prong collar, flirt pole, spring pole, etc. All of which remain in mint condition. These items have been so valuable and reliable in providing proper training/conditioning. Highly recommend :)
