They are incredibly helpful and warm people. My dog loves going there for a groom and loves their treats.
The pricing was confusing , they did a great job on my first dog , the second one , not so much . He had a lot of hair still on him I had to brush him again . The staff are great . But I wish I could say the same about the managent . Maybe they should revise the pricing .
Just started going here recently with my pup. Hes a big boy and normally puts up a fight when getting groomed. He was very calm with the new groomer there named Philip. I am very happy with the cut and I will be returned for sure!
I love this place. The staff are really nice, and the Brazilian dog groomer is really friendly and good with dogs. I highly recommend this place for all of your pooch's needs.
I could not be more disappointed with this place !!! It is quite pricey to begin with but I was running late on my birthday ( between work and my daughter ) and they wanted to charge me extra $30 on top of $75 plus tax that I was scheduled . I was genuinely upset and quite frustrated and told them that there is no way Im paying this amount . Nobody did tell me that during the booking . The worse part is that instead of trying to work with me and take my dog anyway she was very cold and kept saying thats there policy . Please , there is so many places in this area where you can get your dog groomed , if you want to be respect and feel that they really genuinely care about you and your dog , find another place !!!I hope the owners read my review and think twice next time they try to charge a customer ! And please , change your manager ! She has no clue about customer relation and how to negotiate and at least make an effort to keep a customer !!! The store will loose a lot I. A long run!!!! Im extremely disappointed !
