Yukari groomed my 2 cavaliers and did an amazing job!!! She was kind and very friendly with the dogs. She did exactly what I had asked her to do. 2 thumbs up!!
I have made a purchase with them a few times no issues. This time I order and no delivery for 5 days. I called them. Poor customer service they say we try to send it today and was rude. Well guess what you loose my business. You can’t keep your promise of delivering within 48 hours and that is the whole point of this shop for me. I will go to my local store from now on. Poor service
Amazing service !!! This was my first time using Wooftown in a few years and they did not disappoint... My dogs were running low on food and the local stores here didn't carry the right food and would take days to a week to deliver. I went online, ordered the food on the Wooftown website and it was delivered the next day... Now THATS service.!! Highly recommend this store, their website and the fast service of delivery...
I went in with two criteria: damp cat food and made in Canada. This is not difficult. I have bought many brands fulfilling these criteria from other stores. Absolutely none here.
Wooftown is wonderful , the fastest delivery I have ever had ( pet valu I could wait for a week…) and also you always have a little bonuses , treats for free Now it’s the shop number one for me, definitely ?
First time grooming at Wooftown and I could not be happier!!!!! My dog is older(16) , has skin tags and other small issues that come with being senior. Ryoko did such a wonderful job with a great haircut and the dog came home totally stress free, which has not been the case in the past! I would give 10 stars if I could. Totally recommend! Thank you for a great service!
Delivery driver for wooftown was caught peeing in the stairwell of our building!!!! Unbelievable! How could you let people line this represent you?! Beware of their delivery people. As a board member of the building in question I will be pursuing this matter further.
