They do a great job of staying in touch while you're away so you know your pets are in good hands.
More than once they've gone the extra mile to help me out. Always friendly and they let you talk to the other dogs too.
Took Dennis there for grooming (which turned out fantastic) but also like their range of treats, toys and accessories. I expect we'll use their Boarding services in the future.

This place is the best. My furball used be terrified of other dogs - I'd managed to get her socialized to the point that she would say hi to others on the street but the dog park was a no-go. Decided to give doggy daycare at Zen Dog a try, thinking it probably wouldn't work out, but she loves it! She's always happy to go and hang out with William and her new doggy buds. The shop is really nice too, lots of high-end products. Go here if spoiling your dog makes you happy.
