The staff at this location are super friendly including the cute store manager Orange! I always come to this location just to see this distinguished gentleman!
Very friendly staffs. I think one of them (her name is Vendetta?) is new because she keeps on knocking off products from the shelf and is a bit more clumsy and playful, but I will let that slide. 100% would come back again.
I bought a can of food from this Pet Valu for my puppy, but he didn’t like it. When I tried to return it without the receipt, the associate refused—despite their own website clearly stating that an exchange is possible in such cases. I contacted Pet Valu HQ, and they handled it professionally, processed the return, and even apologized for the inconvenience caused by this store. As Canadians, we’re proud to support local businesses. But when a store doesn’t respect its own policies and wastes both the customer’s and staff’s time, it damages trust. I still support Pet Valu and the idea of shopping local—but definitely not at this location.
This was our first time with Eva, (our groomer at the other Pet Valu left), and we are so happy!! The first picture is what Luna looked like before her appointment. We had high expectations and Eva met them all! Thank you for pampering her and see you again ❤️
Very nice place, clean store, lots of good items for pets and friendly staff. The grooming dept. Is very good for my mini golden doodle, they cut hair properly.
The team is consistently friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything you need. They carry a great selection of pet products, so I never have trouble finding what I’m looking for. Definitely recommend stopping by!
Best place for grooming and all your pet needs. My dog love the staff. Best groomer, Eva!!! However the prices are higher than I've paid previously. Been a long time customer and I am hoping the new management reconsiders the prices for grooming.
