I went in there this morning for a simple dog ear infection treatment and I was treated like a criminal because of my skin colour. I’m deeply hurt will never shop there again! I’m also contemplating going to the authorities for the actions of the cashier!
We bought an 8” hamster wheel a couple of days ago with a ripped sticker on the wheel. We decided that a 10” wheel would be better so we went to exchange it today. Even though it states right on the back of the receipt that within 60 days, with original packaging, they’ll give a full refund or if it has been opened even without a receipt, they’ll give a store credit, which has not been offered or given to us! We were regular customers but never shopping there again! Just waisted our time waiting, even the manager was useless! Went to another location and they exchanged it no problem! Be aware and make sure you don’t need to exchange anything at this location! 4525 Kingston Rd!
Had our first dog bath today. The staff were so helpful and they made everything so convenient! The front staff at the till were also very friendly. I would recommend this to everyone of my dog lovers friends.
Took my dog for his first bath at Pet Valu today. The staff were very polite and sanitized the stations between every dog! They provide aprons, towels, lots of shampoo and conditioner and a blow dryer! Krissa was very kind and helpful!
I LOVE PET VALU!!!! customer service is always amazing. The employee's are well informed and go through, I believe, a 3 week training. They have great products. And the store is a little smaller than a pet smart which I love because I always feel overwhelmed. Pet valu Carrie's the best products for your pets. Where pet smart is like a walmart
I called this morning to inquire about a product and availability the man who answered the call was great when I arrived at the store the girl was anything but helpful and very lazy did not offer any help this Iis not the customer service I have had experience with before perhaps lack of training or who knows hope sheget proper training as it applies to customer service I won't go back to this location again ..... Customer service fail
We bought cat food for my cat during lockdown that made him throw up and sick. We brought the food back and the employee Scott said we do not accept refunds/returns during lockdown and told us to come back when stores are open. We brought the food today and he refused to accept our item even acknowledged us, he was extremely rude and constantly arguing and lying when he told us to return. He refused to check out our items.
