Dishonest and Unhelpful – Will Take My Business Elsewhere I've had a terrible experience at this Pet Value location this week, and it has cost me my trust and my business. I purchased two large packs of dog treats, totaling around $40. Not a single employee mentioned the store-wide 30% off promotion on treats and toys that was apparently happening. I only found out when I visited another location to find an out-of-stock item (beef dry lungs, which this location didn't have either). The other store happily applied the discount. This goes beyond a simple oversight. It feels dishonest and like a deliberate tactic to avoid applying a sale. I overpaid by a significant amount because the staff failed in their basic duty to inform customers of active promotions. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will no longer be shopping here. The store needs to seriously train its employees to be honest and upfront about discounts. Save your money and your time—go to a competitor who values transparency and customer service.
Been visiting this location for years, shocked to see complaints about the staff - have always had a fantastic experience and the folks here (especially the two gals - one has colored hair, one has a vest full of pins) have been knowledgeable and friendly. Super helpful regarding the various wet foods while we navigated allergy issues.
Very well stocked with dog's necessities and super friendly staff. And, yes whoever will be responding to this review, please let your staff seat every now and then.

Great location. Loads of parking. Friendly helpful staff and well stocked store. Called ahead for our pets food and order sitting on the counter when we arrived. Thanks
Ruthie is a terrible manager and owner. She has a tendency to get physical with people over the smallest things. And has a disgusting attitude. I’ve seen her scream at potential customers and lost money over it. I’ve contacted the Pet Valu customer service and they said they’d “look into it”. Complete bull. I’m never shopping here again and I’m telling everyone I know and posting on social media about my experience with her. They need to deal with her appropriately.
Very rude staff and unprofessional. For some reason they have forgotten its the customer who feeds them. Looking at other reviews it seems I'm not the only one who has issues with staff at this location. You think you would change the way you do things when several people have an issue with your treatment of them guess not. All I wanted to do was return an item without going inside the store because I have serious anxiety issues from this empodemic. I wanted an explanation but the first Rep wouldn't provide me with one and wouldn't let me talk to the manager and kept telling me to call the customer service line. When I called again the manager was equally unhelpful citing its company policy to not accept credit card info over the phone and they couldn't take my credit card inside. Weird went to another location and they totally accomondated me. Took my credit card over the phone and refunded the money to me.
