EXPIRED PET TREATS. We purchased some dental treats for our cats in October 2025. Turns out they were expired since FEB 2025. My cats ate these and got very sick (puking and diarrhea). Not sure why these were still on the shelves at all.
Mike has an uplifting attitude. Is quick and helpful with knowledge, its like he wants to be there unlike so many employees who just want a cheque, An attribute to the establishment. I might steal him for my business,l! You may want to compensate him fairly for his over and beyond work ethic
I only come here for Cathy. If you want a groomer who is a true animal lover, and feels true empathy for your pets, see Cathy. I will always have ease of mind knowing that my dog is in her care. It’s a huge plus that she only takes one dog at a time so if your dog doesn’t do well with other dogs this is very helpful. She also makes my dog look like a cutie patootie… always does a great job and also offers advice on how to care for your dogs in between grooms. Prices are also great compared to other groomers.
We've always faced good experiences at the Pet Value, staff provided us all support in order to find what we were looking for. Prices are also at the same level as other stores and sometimes we got products on sale. I do recommend.
I was here the other day and had such a great experience! The guy who helped me was so knowledgeable and kind, he answered my many questions and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me in choosing the right food for my cat. It's not everyday you get customer service like that anymore, highly recommend this location as the staff are awesome!!
Tyler at the Bayview Village Petvalu provided remarkable customer service. He went above and beyond providing his expertise regarding pet food. It was near closing when I went and he was incredibly patient and thorough. Patvalu is so lucky to have such a great employee like Tyler. Thanks Tyler for all your help!
Great staff and service. Reasonable and good quality product selection for the location. Typically I get some supplies, and also get my dog groomed here (Kathy is great).
