Mk & Kunal were outstanding in helping us resolve a problem with setting up a new Telus line and pairing it with an Apple Watch. We had tried a few times through customer service at home with no success so we came into the store.They were super helpful and knowledgeable. Really appreciated the time and effort they gave us. Terrible service. I went to cancel my internet and instead I hired another one and they didn't want to cancel the previous one. Terrible customer service.

MK at the Stockyards location was truly amazing. Great customer service and very friendly. He helped me every step of the way including staying after the store closed to make sure my phone line was working. I highly recommend seeing him next time you think about changing phone plans.
