The sales manager Rajvee Gandhi lacks communication sense and is very rude. She offered a tech person asking they’ll charge $100. Whereas when I reached out to the customer service they said they’ll come and do it for free. Initially she couldn’t enter the correct details provided to her for the shipping address and the delivery got delayed. Even now when the internet has been activated since 23rd she insisited by law the internet will be activated on 27th so why are we pushing for the tech.
Best store ever! The customer service—especially from Rajvee Gandhi—is amazing. She’s so polite and provides excellent service. I really appreciate all their help; they’re truly sincere with their customers. I highly recommend visiting them. My whole family is with Koodo, and their network and everything else has been great!
Heard great things from my brother about Muhammad Bilal and the excellent plans he has been offering, so I had to go see for myself. Muhammad is very professional, attentive, straight forward, and honest in how he conducted himself. He offered me a deal I could not refuse and guided me step by step to transfer my phone number from one carrier to the next. I highly recommend Muhammad's services in regards to cellphones, plans, and home internet!

the indian girl , was extremely rude who sits on the right side , im not sure how they are hiring those people that no one wants to work with or deal with , if the owner was a smart guy will never hire them.
I had a great time at the Koodo branch at East York Center. The Koodo employee there, his name is Ashwin, he's a very friendly person, who explained everything I needed to know and helped me make certain decisions about getting a sim card. I would 100% recommend anyone to go to him.
