BEWARE!! They upsell very aggressively here and don’t fully disclose costs. I came in looking to downgrade my plan since I was living out of the country and didn’t need it. Then they told me it was cheaper to upgrade my plan since I was paying that much in roaming charges anyway. I am now locked into a new contract and have $500 worth of crap that I didn’t want because the new plan came with a phone that I didn’t need and they did a trade in. I am now spending $2k more over 2 years on a phone I barely use.

I just got a brand new iPhone SE from these folks. The service is superlative. Things are super safe (two customers at a time, well marked distances, hand sanitizer). The location is easy to access. It's just around the building from the TD bank branch-- lots of parking. There's even a couple of free parking spots right out front for customers. Go during the weekday to avoid lineups, but they've got lots of time for you. Thank you to Khaled, Kenan, and Muneer, who were the team who helped me out. If you need a phone right now, I highly recommend this store.
They won't do loaner phones, unlike a lot of other Koodo stores. Don't go here if you have a problem that will require your phone getting sent away for service.
