I had a great experience at the Telus store in Cedarbrae Mall, thanks to Sharan! He made my transfer from Rogers to Telus incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was faster than I expected, and I walked out feeling confident with my new plan. Highly recommend asking for Sharan if you're thinking about switching providers!

I believe his name is Chayan G (that’s what my receipt says) he wears glasses. Very poor customer service. He speaks over you, has an attitude, and does not take accountability when he misinforms you. Refused to print my contract when I purchased the phone + plan. when I returned 6 days later because the phone kept shutting off, though fully charged, he said he didn’t make the phone nor did he tell me to pick that specific phone. Very ignorant and rude. I simply wanted to return the device. He then said that if it’s the battery, it’s covered under the device care. If it’s something else I may have to pay. I have not used the phone nor transferred my info onto the phone because it keeps shutting off. In the same sentence, he said it IS the battery… yet he didn’t “make” the phone and he will not be the person who assess the phone to determine the issue. I simply wanted to reverse the transaction. He also said that I have to pay $25 to the store. Didn’t explain why or for what. He said instead of paying the store and getting nothing, I can pay $25 for various streaming services. He did not disclose that if you purchase the streaming services it’s $25 for 3 months and $48.59 thereafter. Had I know that, I would not have subscribed. He tried to tell me that’s not true, it’s not $50 a month. I refused to debate and argue. I did end up getting the transaction reversed and another rep assisted him in getting a print out of the transaction. I cancelled the streaming services. Lesson learned. I have had good customer service at this location with other reps.
An indian guy in cutting and wear glasses waste my time. I was standing there for more than 1.5 hours and after that he just told me that he cannot help me and no one was there to help me he also shouted on me
Sharan was simply amazing! I called looking for a particular phone model for my dad as he wanted to upgrade his phone. At the time of the call they didn't have stock but Sharan advise that stock maybe coming in within the next few hours. About an hour later, Sharan called me back and had the stock I was looking for. My dad and I went in to see him and the process was nice and smooth. He offered us the best monthly price and happily conducted the transfer set-up for my dad while in-store. His fellow associates were helpful and very pleasant as well. 5 star service and would definitely return to this location again!
