Store Manager Rick Yu provided 5 Stare service to me helping to set up my mew iphone 17pro. But Rick probided much more. He was highly personable while maintaining a very professional stance. He was able to accomplish all I asked for and was always good natured throught a long-ish session. When I later discovered thst my new phone was not paired with my car, Rick came outside to sit in my car to do the job (in freezing cold weather!) This saved me from going to the car dealership, more than an hour round trip away, hoping they would do it on the spot on a Friday at 5:00 pm! Rick completed the job in about 10 minutes and I drove home in 8 minutes. Rick--what a guy!. Thank you Rick!

I was really skeptical and unsure about coming. Based from some past Bell interactions and then wanted to change from Lucky Mobile to Bell. But this was so simple and I got wonderful help. If you're coming and want good help, Ruchit was the one who helped me. He explained everything and every detail went through. I wanted someone who I can talk with and make sure I fully understand and he was able to explain it all to me. If you want to talk with someone to understand, I really recommend here. I'll be coming back.
I applied for a phone number at Bell. As I live in a building where Internet is included, I only need to pay for the phone bill every month. This is what the consultant Julia told me. However, when I need to pay for the bill, I found that I need to pay for the TV and home phone which I didn’t ask for and didn’t even install in my apartment. The bill of these two things was up to 150 CAD per month. That’s ridiculous. I paid for what I didn’t ask for. I don’t know what Julia did, so I need to pay that much. It seems like that she’s not so experienced. Thanks to Richard in that store, he figured out problems and helped me to solve it patiently. I have to say that the cancellation process didn’t go smoothly. I called twice and explained the reason twice to cancel TV, waiting for more than 30 minutes. Then I waited for another call to cancel home phone, which was even harder to cancel. Now, I don’t know if everything goes well now, because a manager called me and asked me to wait until next month to check the bill if it’s right. A terrible experience overall. But thanks to Richard again, he helped me a lot to solve the issue.
