If I could give 100 stars I would!! Akash was the most helpful customer service rep I have ever encountered!! I highly recommend him and this store. I left Rogers, I was so tired of my high costs, poor customer service, and started searching for better options. Not only was Akash polite, patient and professional, he got me better deals in the store then the phone rep did from Telus! Saving me $150 a month compared to my previous provider's costs monthly. Also Akash went out of his way to try to help me not being charged extra costs from Rogers as I was leaving them. I am not very tech savvy at all, and Akash walked me through every step of of all the procedures, from cleaning my old phone and wiping it of all my personal information, setting up my new phone, setting up all my acouunts for my TV pacakages etc. the amount of time he took to help was just incredible! I could go on and on about his service. If you are looking for new plans, new phones, better internet deals , this is your store and the best custormer service rep EVER!

I switched my phone line from another provider and purchased a new phone with an additional line. He helped me through the process and explained every step. He also put me and my mom on very good affordable plans and completed the set up with us. He made us comfortable throughout our stay here. Thanks, Akash, and thanks to Koodo for an amazing service!!!
Simply trying to return a phone to KOODO. Agent advised me that I needed to go to a corporate location and directed me to the Gerrard Square location. Inconvenient, but understandable! Once at Gerrard Square, KOODO agent there told me that they were NOT a corporate store at all. Not only that, they said that the Danforth location knew this (as they had told them on several occasions). He said that the Danforth location continues to sent people to Gerrard Square, who end up having to be turned away. He told me that the Danforth location is "awful," adding, "they don’t care; they’ll say anything just to get you out of there.” UPDATE: I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 however. I assume that paying customers receive much better service. AS FOR THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER: The issue is not that I have to go through the corporate store. The problem is that I was given the wrong information, which resulted in me having to make another trip in vein. Very frustrating.
