A grateful shout-out to Massimo at the 260 Richmond St East store. I needed a new e-mail address urgently as my previous address expired on retirement. Although I did not have all the necessary information with me, he was able to figure out a way to obtain the new email address for me on my existing Telus plan along with a new phone which, under no pressure whatever, I acquired under a new Telus plan on a very good deal and with many hundreds of photos successfully transferred from the old to the new. Great service from Massimo. He helped set up an additional line on my account with the Telus EPP. He was quick, knowledgeable and did not try to up-sell in any way. Highly recommend using them if you are eligible for the EPP.

I had been told I needed a new phone because Blackberry will stop supporting their phones on Jan 4. Apex clarified this --no new phone needed as long as what I have is working and meets my needs. Bravo --no unnecessary sales pitch. Then I needed a new British Telecom account added to my Blackbeery email . It could not be done on the phone itself. In their hands it was done in a flash. I was really concerned about what Telus retailers would be open or available during the Toronto lockdown. Fortunately Massimo did an amazing job! He sorted me out with an Iphone 12 (of which they had plenty of stock) in minutes. Extremely helpful and gave me a fair deal on case protection for my phone going forward. Great service!
They are not good at all. They dont give any good service. If you want to get good service , don't go there to work with them. Time management is Zero, Good Service is Zero, Communication is Zero.
