never seen a manager soo bad he soo bad gives the worst service i was talking to an employee he kept getting involved and if i ask him a question dosent answer thinks hes too high end for the job if this is how you act u shouldnt be a manager i was one and i never acted like that worst service ever!! and i wont join beacause of this guy!!! worst service ever!!!
After reading other’s stellar reviews, I wonder whether I walked into the same booth other customers written about. My issue was connectivity: one of the family phones did not receive neither incoming calls nor SMS. The booth attendants opened my account, where they should have seen a notification about Freedom not releasing the dysfunctional number to Koodo. The assumption of the male attendant that I don’t know where to check for incoming e-mails on my phone is insulting and shows arrogance. I regret letting him flip through my e-mails and e-mail accounts. At the very least he should have asked for permission instead of grabbing my phone. After a while the two attendants lost interest and turned away, the third concluded that my phone is not supported by the Koodo network and I should replace my phone with a new one. The only helpful thing they did was to advise me to call *611 and ask tech support for assistance, which is what I did after returning home. Imho the staff in that booth is incompetent and not only technically.
Husain helped perfectly with all 3 of my family members' phones, he was super patient and friendly with us. I have never been so comfortable with someone before. He's amazing!
I recently visited Koodo located in Centrepoint Mall and i was assisted by staff Hanpreet, she is very friendly and accommodating. They offer the best customer service.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Telus Koodo in Centre Point Mall. The male representative I interacted with was neither professional nor patient. He failed to proactively explain the details of the plans and displayed an indifferent attitude, as if he didn’t care whether I became a customer or not. His lack of enthusiasm and engagement was disheartening. If this attitude reflects Telus as a whole, it’s concerning. How can they expect to attract new customers and retain existing ones with such poor service? Improving customer service is crucial for Telus to maintain and grow its customer base. Ensuring that representatives are well-trained, professional, and genuinely interested in assisting customers can significantly enhance the overall customer experience.
Samantha is competent and professional. I was glad I was serviced by her. She made the process smooth and went above and beyond by providing me her work email so we could communicate details of my plan. Ask for Samantha!
