I had a great shopping experience with Ishaan! It started out as serendipity (the store had one phone left of the model I wanted and the case I wanted was the last one too) and then it turned into great customer service. It's obvious that Ishaan loves his work and works hard to ensure customers feel heard and leave the store completely satisfied with their purchase and their shopping experience. I called the store with some questions the next day and he called back promptly and did a great job providing further clarity. These days when chat boxes can make online shopping a frustrating experience, it's nice to know you can still walk into an actual store and speak with a sales professional who takes the time to explain everything and to do it with good humour too. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Highly recommended.

Had two new iPhone 15's that we had transferred all apps and files from our old iPhones. All we needed was to activate the actual telephone on these cell phones. We needed a QR code to do this. The staff at Telus/Koodo in BWV, while they were crazy Black Friday busy, took the time to figure out how they could do this and, magically, accomplished what seemed the impossible! I love these guys. So kind and professional and patient also. I can't say enough.
I purchased two IPhone 16s last month and had a great experience working with Ishaan. He took the time to set up my phone for me and transfer all my info from my old phone. He was very personable and made the experience a breeze. I had an issue with my phone case today and he able to resolve the problem without charge very appreciative of this customer service. Waited over 45 on the phone and online chat. On the third try after 45 minutes, I was finally connected to an agent. I was able to cancel my Internet service on Sunday. The following Wednesday, I get a call and the agent wants to take $5.00 off my service. Told him my service was cancelled on Sunday and I am no longer with Telus/Start. Left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Then on Thursday, I get another agent calling wanting to offer me the same $5.00 off per month. Still clueless that my account has been closed. The agent said Telus will no longer call but I will have to take his statement with a grain of salt for now. Before I was able to cancel via phone, I tried to cancel through a Telus location. Start was bought by Telus last year and the location I went to had no idea that start.ca is part of Telus now and was not able to help me at all.
