Huge thanks to Artin!!! Came in with a Lucky Mobile issue as I was (incorrectly) advised by lucky mobile support to come into a BELL store to fix my issue. Turns out Bell stores can’t support Lucky (of course) but Artin went out of his way to help me and fixed the issue. Saved me a long trip to the next Lucky store which was miles away!
They solved my problem and even provided some good additional information, but both employees there spoke very loudly to all the customers whose English was not good, which I consider disrespectful.
Sohil deceived me. Claimed that I’ll be getting a ‘special’ $50 plan, thanks to my family using Bell Internet, but I’ll actually be charged $85 per month, in reality. Getting paid commission doesn’t justify deceiving customers face-to-face! I get that life in Toronto is expensive and hard but lying to people isn’t the way to conduct business! Don’t deal with Sohil and his dishonest nature if you want genuine customer service! Even Zanzibar club will be more honest with you and your money!
I was impressed with my recent experience at the Bell store at Yonge and Eglinton. Sabrina was amazing to deal with. She was professional, took her time with me, and was knowledgeable about the products. I left there feeling happy about my purchase and never felt pressured to spend more than I needed to. Given this experience, I would go there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend others go there as well. Of course I would say, speak with Sabrina.
This location is focused on selling contracts, but when problems arise the service is extremely unprofessional. I was treated very rudely when I asked for clarification about invoice payments after a new contract had been added to my account. The salesperson loudly stated it was not his job, avoided eye contact, and acted impatient and unfriendly. Of course, it is understandable and completely acceptable that employees are busy — I fully respect that. However, hostile and aggressive behavior should never be tolerated. Customers of a professionally operating business deserve respectful treatment. This is not a coffee shop at home, and customers are not friends or sisters to be addressed informally. This was already my second negative encounter at this branch with the same salesperson in a very similar manner. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on this location.
The person doesn’t seem want to be helpful at all. Made me want to cancel all my internet and phone service because of this guy. Btw, we went to swap our modem, probably that wouldn’t give him any credit to his performance.
Sobrina is an absolute All Star! I came in with a very specific situation, and she was not only able to make sure I got everything I needed, but she also has been super supportive in the days and weeks following this transaction. I was hesitant to make this change walking into the store, but she gave me all the confidence I needed to move forward with everything. I couldn’t recommend Sobrina enough!
